 The organization between change and learning

The literature in the field of organizational learning, though diverging, confirms the importance of the learning process within the organizational development. Moreover, the majority of authors agree that organizational learning could be correlated with the organizational performance, and with the strategical renewal. The present study sheds a light on some of the main theoretical directions on organizational learning, in an OD context of diferenciating from the organizational change.
