In a society caracterized by an accelerated momentum, appears more and more evident professionals need to receive continuous training. These conditions, supervision is training and learning solution to mentain efficiency. Formative function of supervision consists of a learning process by working experience, fucusing on the practice.Study aims an analysis of professionals performance of social workers in terms of organizational, motivational and educational factors. Results highlight training needs and supervision of social services.
