Juvenile delinquency belongs to daily news and the image of delinquent child is considered a routine.In a time where the media promotes the bizarre and sinister characters, children have no longer worthy models to follow, and parents are too busy to see them all.Juvenile delinquency problem is more complex than trysted delinquency among adults.
