After the events from 1989, Romania has made many changes in areas such as justice, education, medicine and so on. All these changes have had a great influence on the part of every citizen. Juvenile delinquency belongs to daily news and the image of delinquent child is considered a routine. In a time where the media promotes the bizarre and sinister characters, children have no longer worthy models to follow, and parents are too busy to see them all.Juvenile delinquency problem is more complex than trysted delinquency among adults.
Keywords: juvenile delinquency, delinquent, deviation, punishment, under age/infant, education, criminal act
