The activity groups in senior centers influence health, increase well-being and quality of life. In the pandemic context, when social distancing is required, a solution needed to be found for these activities to continue to take place. This study is proposing a short intervention which brings solutions to the table so that such a group could function during the pandemic. Elders aged between 78-92-year-old were involved in this endeavour. They were housed in a seniors’ care centre. This endeavour was focused on the following dimensions – promoting health, well-being, quality of life, with the counselling groups’ help, during the pandemic.
