Social environment has a great impact on human being and by communicating one can feel accepted and understood. In discussing the impact communication has on different levels, we understand the importance communication has in everyday life, especially social workers dealing with people coming from a different educational, cultural and social environment. Social group and social environment influence the pattern of our thoughts, behaviour, feelings and ideas. In order to understand others we need to take into consideration the social environment one comes from and doing that we can offer viable solution in problem solving.
