We are living in times of abrupt changes, times of unforeseen changes. The organizations have to adapt; the leaders should adjust their strategies. Changing the organizational culture is probably one of the most ambitious challenges for leaders and its members, as it implies behavioral and mindset changes. According to Michael Armstrong, the levers for such change could include, inter alia: performance, commitment, quality, customer service, teamwork, organizational learning and values. However, no perfect guideline for an organizational culture change can be drawn. In the absence of this "tool", in an era of global communication and rapid changes, creativity and innovation should be encouraged.
