Law 116 regarding preventing and combating social marginalisation guarantees the access, especially for youngsters, to elementary and fundamental rights, such as the right to have a place to work, the right to have a place to live, medical attention, education. By this law clear measures are taken in order to prevent and combat social marginalisation and firm actions are being taken by the institutions in charge in order to prevent and combat social marginalisation.
