The recent developments registered in the sphere of the justice system drew a new direction by dividing the responsibilities with the communities in which the law will apply. The collaboration with the residents in crime preventing and social problems solving which are manifested in community level will become the support of the new system of the community management of justice, the social work services being those that will achieve an important role in this approach.
