The problematic of the social exclusion and inclusion in Romania as being a country in transition presents a certain specificity generated by the communist inheritance, but also by the transition process itself. If there is a series of similarities with the occidental countries in terms of expressing regarding social exclusion, the differences are being poignant when connected to the exclusion sources, the magnitude and the intensity of their events.
