Human trafficking is a widespread world crime. The control of the phenomena has become a priority for the government of the involved countries. In this article we focused on the risks for the victims’ health. In the first part, we focus on the consequences of the victimising process in general, focusing over the functioning of the person in physical, psychical, social and economic area. The second part deals with the victimisation by trafficking problem. A labour frame is presented regarding the risks associated with the victims’ health. The last part debates some of the implications which trafficking has from the perspective of risks factors and consequences of victims’ health.
