Reform of Disabled People Special Care System

The profound changes occurred in social work area after 1989 have influenced significantly social work regarding care for disabled people. New measures had to be taken regarding people with disabilities and it was concretised, at political level, by establishing a governmental institution – The State Secretariat for People with Disabilities.
