The article analyses the development of public-private partnership to construct and implement public services. The development of the public-private partnership is able to successfully implement the reform general process of the public administration which is characterized by including and adapting certain methods and techniques that are inspired from the private organizations regarding public organization management in order to get efficiency, transparency and responsibility in managing public policies.
