 Domestic Violence. Intercultural Approach

The domestic violence is unanimously considered to be “integral part” of the society which cannot be understood or interpreted but through the context in which it occurs: values, beliefs of the social and family milieu, (I. Ramberg, 2002). Even more, the phenomena requires a profound intercultural approach, bearing in mind the fact that it involves different shape, it develops at early ages and, additionally, the phenomena is understood and evaluated according to certain laws and principles, which, even nowadays, prevails to the prejudice of human rights.
