The time has come for the society to think differently after all those methods that wore out its energies and has given it dangerous and misleading directions. The professional associations are the forms that remind us that the peaceful and salvation forces are spread all over the Romanian society and they can be awaken and gathered in a spread network of organizations and associations, capable in regenerating the public life, i.e. to mediate the gathering of the responsible people of the city.
