In the last years, the community problems constituted a national and international public attention. We witness urbane and rural community revitalisation. The tendencies after the 80s were to revitalise communities by empowering them with solutions to solve the social problem they face. The advantages brought by solution individualisation of social problems by differential approach lead to pattern forming such as social policies, and appearance of a new research area i.e. community development.
