Children at Risk from Bihor County during Transition Process

At present, in the placement centres are 590 children, in OPA (private organization centres) placement centres there are 290 children. In maternal care there are 191 children. Also, here are 766 children in institutional/ maternal care. There is a total of 1,837 children at risk that are given to care to institutions, foundations and families/ people.
