Though the connection between drug problem and social work or sociological research is obvious I will highlight the fact that the fight against drugs, especially on prevention sector and victims’ social reintegration is not possible without the help of social work. On the other hand, there is no doubt the fact that fighting drug trafficking and illicit drug consumerism is achieved by juridical means as the Romanian philosopher Mircea Djuvara mentions “the first establishment from which we must start from is that law is established on sociology and, without its achievements, it would have no meaning”
