Bullying victimization is associated with several health issues. Prevention of bullying is therefore an important goal for health and education professionals. In the present study, 330 children from “Lucian Blaga”, an elementary school from Bistriţa, participated by completing o questionnaire on bullying behavior, and the involvement of teacher, parents and classmates in bullying incidents in their school. The results of this study show that bullying and aggressions are prevalent in school and stress the importance of study more the factors influencing aggressivety. On the other hand the results show the importance of regular communication between children, parents, teachers and health care professionals with regard the bullying incidents. In addition, in school children need to learn effective ways to deal with bullying and aggressive incidents. School need to adopt a whole-school approach with anti-bullying interventions and preventions programs.
