In any society the child and family were constituted and it is absolutely necessary to be a national priority. The main reason is that any society depends on the level of education and the socio-moral profile of the children and youngsters, and also by their health status, by their real possibilities of integration into a modern society. The family represents the optimum support in which the child grows, being constituted on the main social support resource when the family members or the family itself are passing through critical moments, illness representing such an instance.
