The established relation between social worker and beneficiary is based on interview as a method of knowledge and intervention, as well as a manner of communication. Therefore, the interview is defined as “the asymmetric communication relation where social workers ask the questions and the beneficiary gives the required information” on whose base the intervention plan will be made. On this ground, the interview is based on verbal communication in order to get information and the conversation is the “fundamental element in interview technique”.
