The study presents the perception of the offenders who are in probation services evidence in 2021, when the Romanian probation system turned 20 years since the first Romanian probation service started the activity. It is presented a qualitative analyses of the perception of the offenders regarding the probation period, community work and intervention`s program. The interventions that took place during the probation period was very well received, according to the opinions of the offenders. The main words that they used were: understanding, helped, learning and change.
