During the last decade, Europe crosses major political, economical, social and technological changes. From the social aspect point of view, the globalisation consequences and technological sprint regarding information and communication lead to modifying the statistics in the area of labour force, health and demography. Transaction towards the market economy produced in the most of Europen space modified the social map of any country. Due to these changes we became witnesses to the positive changes in the semantic approach of the social sphere concepts.
